Samsung Electronics revealed in a filing to the Korea Stock Exchange that they might take more than the OLED and LCD panel creating unit – Samsung Mobile Display (SMD). Couple of photos of an unnamed Samsung device has been posted by a Chinese internet site. Though the internet site claims it to be of Galaxy S III, we don’t feel that is the case. The images seem to be far more of a PMP than a smartphone.

Anyways, interesting thing about the device is that it sports a flexible display. Samsung had hinted about the commercial availability of flexible displays in 2012 and it appears a operating prototype is currently floating about.

Furthermore, the website claims that this Galaxy S III will be powered by a quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB RAM, Android 4. OS, 4.6-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED Plus 3D display and 12MP camera.
