Coolest Door Lock in Town

World famous lock specialists Yale have just introduced their new Keyless door locking product, so after a drunken night you don’t need to fumble around with keys just slur the words “Open Sesame” (whilst pressing the included key fob) and the door will automagically unlock.
The Yale Keyfree locking system’s groundbreaking technologically advanced features include fake PIN recognition, remote locking from up-to 15 meters away, voice alerts and the ability to create multiple codes– to mention just a few. Keyfree has been designed to not only conform to, but to set new industry security standards, using ‘Secured by Design’ (a UK police initiative for safer homes) as a benchmark. Additional security features include triple locking points, Kitemarked cylinders and an 80 decibel alarm. A full list of features is available from the Yale Door website.
Due to our relationship with yaledoor.co.uk we are excited to offer the Keyfree locking system for FREE to the first 10 orders or a new Yale composite door from Coolest Gadgets. This offer is only available until the 14th of May 2010 and is exclusively for readers of coolest-gadgets.com.
Moviestorm – 3D Moviemaking Made Easier

By David Ponce
This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Moviestorm. All opinions are 100% mine.
Moviestorm is in the business of helping you make 3D movies, relatively easily, at home. It’s an interesting concept. They provide you with software that runs on your home computer, but isn’t resource intensive; it’ll run on PCs with a 1.5Ghz processor, Windows (XP, Vista & Windows 7), any old 3D video card and as little as 1GB of RAM. The videos it produces won’t be competing with Pixar anytime soon, nor does the company try to position their product as such. No, this isn’t some professional grade stuff, but it is rather full featured. And it is surprising just how versatile it can be.
Moviestorm comes with tons of pre-designed content which allows you to build your own set down to some pretty precise specifications. You can also create your own content packs, though if you’re feeling uninspired you’re only ever a download away from more packs found in their marketplace. These content packs or “user-made mods” are sometimes free, sometimes have to be bought outright, and can also be rented.
Once you’re done creating your set, you can move on to creating your characters. As you can imagine, there’s quite a bit of flexibility there as well. Think of it a little like customizing Sims, placing them on a set, placing cameras and really creating your own 3D movie. Once created, your film belongs to you and you can share it at will, as long as you credit Moviestorm somewhere on the movie.
Pricing is as follows: you can buy a lifetime membership for $249. Or, you can go month by month ($8), 3-months ($20) or a year ($80).

Drill Dust Collector

When you’re drilling into the wall, it’s bound to make a little bit of a mess. It’s not a big deal if you’re drilling holes out in the garage, but when you’re doing them inside the house it usually forces you to clean. Instead of cleaning up the mess after you’re finished, just make sure that the mess never spreads to all of your funiture. This small device collects all of the dust before it has a chance to make a mess.
You just attach this directly to the wall that you happen to be drilling. Then if you’ve managed to create too much dust for the little collector to hold, you can detach it from the wall to empty it. Then it can easily be attached once again. Although they don’t exactly mention how it attaches to the wall while it’s vacuuming up all that dust. In order to keep it up and running you’ll just need to pop in the 2 included AA batteries. You can purchase it for $19.95 through Buy Karcher.

Double Circulator Fan for hot days

Air being well circulated isn’t just a summer problem. It can get that cool air up and moving during the summer, then in the winter it makes sure that the heat doesn’t stay trapped in one area of the house. This fan doesn’t just blow it in one direction though, it goes in two to make sure that the air stays moving. Plus the 2 small fans attached to the base are capable of being shifted and pivoted to get you the angles you really need.
Apparently it’s far more healthy to have a nice breeze going throughout the room, rather than having a fan blowing directly on you. After you’ve chosen to put the fan in 2 different directions or a single one, you can then choose the speed of the fan. It’ll actually let you choose between the standard 3 speeds that a lot of fans feature. Unfortunately all that air comes at a price. In order to purchase one of these it’ll cost you € 99.95 or about $127.

Giant Iron Man Lobster Suit
Iron Man has been the talk of the town since the first movie came out, and with the amazing Iron Man Helmet, Suit and action packed scenes, it has delivered for original fans as well as gathered new ones. Still, does such popularity deserve to see Iron Man reinvented within a Lobster suit?

Every once in a while, certain places around the world present occasional campaigns that challenge local artists, companies and businesses to create a new design for a so called mascot. It seems that this was the case with the Lobster Iron Man suit, just like we previously seen with the Spiderman Cow. This is probably done in order to grant new fun designs around the town, gather some second looks from tourists and also bring the community together with big ‘ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh’ moments.

As mentioned by Fanboy, Meimi132 has actually witnessed over 80 such Lobsters around Cromer, England with many different themes, designs and artwork. Iron Man was just one version of the giant lobsters, and for us geeks…it deserves that second look.
